Tom & Jordan Reyes, owners
Dusty Cactus started with a simple idea: treat every home like it's our own.
Tom spent over 15 years in the HVAC trade before he and Jordan decided to strike out on their own. He'd seen too many companies push equipment people didn't need and charge by the hour just to run up the bill — so they built something different.
Jordan runs the office and the schedule, and she'll be the friendly voice you talk to when you call. Tom handles the diagnostics and the installs, and he'll tell you straight whether a repair makes sense or it's time to replace.
Together, they've made Dusty Cactus the kind of company they'd want in their own home: honest, on time, and genuinely helpful — no matter how hot it gets outside.
